Japan trip!
Came bac fm Jap yesterday. it was kinda fun and enjoyable bein wiv our frens 24/7
Day 1:
woke up at 5 15 to get ready to go
had to take taxi and reached thr quite early...
saw josh foo gettin out of the taxi at the AE station
thn saw Ben Lee waitin wiv his dad...whos he waitin for? haha.
quite a lot of ppl was on tht same train.
clement..ick..brandon..mr tamura..audrey..
it was the teachers who were late but ya..
sat nxt to mr ong and conan on the plane
nth fun happened la..
arrived and met the tour guide, keiko.
went to robosquare.
quite a lot of robots although i wasn tht interested in robots.
had a demo dancing... dotz
went to mt. inasa and the view was fantastic
though it was 'cold'
but my cam wasn tht gd to take nice pics...
walked down a long way
got a lecture fm ms yam
coz we were too loud, spoke canto, said 'wat the...'
nth of my interest ... ....
Day 2:
nagasaki atomic bomb museum and also the peace park
thr were loads of strings of cranes hangin
everythin piece was made out of cranes
really beautiful
sad thing..i left my cam in my jacket...
so no photos.
had a talk by victim..he was only 6.
sad stories...
glover garden...find 2 hearts and ur love will come true...
ok...ppl found it but so wat?
thr was a drizzle along the way..
hotel view was really nice coz we could get out of the rm and into others w/o usin the dr.
play cards at the lobby and ming explained to us (me and aud) how to play.
my first time learin..i think.
Day 3:
went on a car ferry..?
whr our coach could also get in this big ship thing
but ppl had to get off and go into the ship
it seems pretty royal
and we went out to feed seagulls wiv bread...
though i dun find it fun at all.
wind was quite strong too.
visited the kumamoto castle with quite a lot of artefacts
and thn the RBS co. ltd.
whr human waste is turned into manure as fertilizers
o.k...
loads of machines
transferred again
tried the onsen
but 'coz boys were outside the door thing,
we girls couldnt get out of tht place.
so no fun at all.
practised the sch xchange thing for an hr or so..
first time on tatamis!
so cool!
sth like the floor , diff. material though..
but thn have matress
Day 4:
went to minamata disesase museum
had a talk fm one of the victimes again
made soba by ourselves.
first time usin those type of knifes
it wasn tht hard to cut but mine was always slanted...
went up to mt. aso
the air was choky but ya..dun think it's my first time to see a volcano
so nt much surprise
volcano museum was borin
coz i was really tired
gd tht thr were no horses?
coz im totally nt intereested..
perhaps im a little too selfish..?
no shops were opened..thts the bad thing.
so nth to buy lor
Day 5:
handicraft makin
tops... paint it as souvenir for me!
thn bought another type for my bro.
kumamoto recycle plaza
the talk was partially borin and interestin.
only the part whr they made useful things out of trash
like a basket, jacket, soap
made fm advertisement papers, plastics, waste oil..
even better - kumamoto citizens can go thr and take watever they need for FREE!
got bks, clothes, furnitures, almost everything .. !!
Science Museum was SO GD!
juz tht i didnt hav enough time to look at the exhibits..
i think i missed 1/4 of it on the 2nd lvl and everythin on the 3rd
juz 'coz we had to go outlet shoppin..
some borin things in which was a waste of my time..
coz i didnt buy anythin..
i would so much rather spen a few more hrs in S.M thn few mins to shop
Day 6:
The BIG day for all of us.
the sch xchange programme wiv the Japs
i lik their sch-u . .some of thm
well it was drizzlin but we were indoors.
my buddy, kyoko, had a really messy hair
nt those girls tht i was imaginin
they performed quite a few things to us..
thr was a girl who was dancin and was the kind of jap girl i was thinkin of
i experienced tea ceremony and flower makin..
kind of borin..the last one,
would rather try kendo
Kewpie factory - produces MAYO!
the mascot's quite cute..
a baby
they xplained the process really clearly
bought souv. again and they also gave us a bottle of mayo and kewpie
wen strawberry pickin in the rain
but thn, it was indoors. so no prob
i think this was my 1st time eatin so many strawberries which i have nvr fancy
and it was the sweetest ones i had ever tasted in my entire life..
no wonder those strawberries i see in UNY/APITA r so nt cheap
on the way to dinner,
got traffic accident so the journey was long.
went shoppin again. nth bought.
gave a surprise to keiko at the hotel
the hotel was 'classy'
spilled cup noodle soup on myself..
how clumsy.. haha ^_^
Day 7:
went to citizen's safety thing
nice exp. thr
had a go usin the fire extinguisher
sprayed Ben Lee by accident ...
OOPS! ^-^
thn tried 6.0 earthquake and stron wind
last but nt least a maze in smoke
1st time doin all these
lef my moms belt at the hotel..
couldnt get it bac.. :(
AEON mall to buy lunch.
got a cap and a belt and some snacks
finally, we arrived. checked in and cont'd buyin things
finally found sth for my dad - chopsticks
dotz...
bought food for the family.
sat nxt to conan and wei kang..
how lucky...
thn got teachers behind us..
hai..
who cares though..

the freedom tht i had
w/o my parents for a wk?
but i lik the bus trips last yr.
coz more space
but activities this yr is more fun.
bac to the normal tense hk.

visit the shrine of god to scholarship some day..but i forgot
i prayed la..for gd results.. coz my grades suddenly drop
